So my primary job right now is secondary wedding photographer (black and white shots, most all of which are "candid" and "artsy" shots) and wedding videographer for [link]. When I shoot photography for the weddings I never get a chance to hang on to the photos I take, so I'm going to talk to my boss about sending a few my way so I can post them up here. There have been a few weddings where I've taken some really cool photos, including one where I caught a pair of techno loving groomsmen flipping upside down and backwards at the peak of a very popular song... I forget what it's called... but I know my husband has it as his ringtone.

Anyhoo. Hopefully I'll get some of those sent to me and I'll post those. Also, I won a contest! It was on [link] page, I hope that links, lol. There were only 2 other entrants besides mine, so it's not quite fair that I'm so excited, but it's awesome! I can't figure out how to link or anything anymore... once I do... I'll feature stuff and such. I've been away from DeviantArt too long.

Edit: So I've talked to my boss and when I go to his house Saturday before the wedding we're going to go through some pictures that I've taken. Until then, I had forgotten that for a while when I started doing weddings I used to take pictures of all the cakes, so I'll be playing with those photos in photoshop and posting them here. Lots of cake picture manipulations to come!
